What is Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery. The benefit of purchasing Pre-Order items is that you will secure your item without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online. 🔒

Where can I find the Estimated Date Of Delivery? 📅
We guarantee shipment within 90 days from date of order on all our pre-order items. This means that it's likely you will receive your purchase way before the 90 days are over.
Daily Calm CBD guarantees that all pre-orders will be shipped within 90 Days from date of order. So even though we don't always have the full details on availability, we promise that within 90 days, you'll receive your purchase. 😃
We charge your credit card for the full amount at time of purchase.
Once an order is made we reserve the stock for you, or we place an order with the manufacturer.
If you cancel the item after an order is placed we will charge you a cancellation fee of 22%. If you paid by credit card, there will be an additional fee of 3% for transactional charges.
However, if you do have a special request regarding the order (such as increasing the number of items) please contact us and we'll see if we can make that change for you. Please note, if the change effects the price of the shipment we will charge /refund the difference should we approve your request.
We advise that you place orders for in stock and pre-order items separately, so that the in stock items you've purchased can reach you faster.
However, if you don't mind the wait, we will reserve all the stock for you and ship them all together when your pre-ordered items are ready.
If you place an order for multiple pre-order items, we will ship the order when all your items are ready.
